Are you confused about what food is “healthy”? I don’t blame you if you are! The main stream media, your USDA and your local grocery store are all SCREAMING at you to eat THIS FOOD, it’s “heart healthy”, it’s “low-fat”, it’s “gluten free”, it’s “sugar free” and the labels go on and on.
They promote products like…..
Low-fat, sugar free yogurt full of toxic ingredients like aspartame, Sucralose, food coloring and preservatives.
Diet sodas that contain toxic aspartame and Sucralose as well as food colorings, preservatives, served in an aluminum can.
Gluten free food that is full of rice flour, sugar, food coloring and preservatives.
“Lite” salad dressings that has Canola oil or other denatured oils and added sugar or high fructose corn syrup, food coloring and preservatives.
The list can go on and on…….
The sugar free foods that contain aspartame, Splenda and saccharin are toxic to the brain as they “excite” the brain cells to vibrate at a very high level. These substances are also addictive because they are several hundred to several thousands times sweeter than sugar. This creates a drug-like dependency that makes you crave more and more. When you decide to eat clean you can actually go through withdrawals (the same goes for coming off sugar).
Once your brain get’s addicted to the excessive sweetness of artificial sweeteners a simple apple or orange will not even taste sweet any more. When my students complete their thirty-day detox class they ALWAYS tell me “ I never knew an apple was so sweet!”
