I come to the field of nutrition for personal reasons. My husband was diagnosed with third stage cancer at the age of 38. After two years of traditional Western medicine treatments he was a mess. That’s when we decided to seek out a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. The changes that happened in his body where amazing!
Yes, he’s still with us today at 73 years old he’s an inspiration to all of us! This inspired me so much I went back to school to become a Nutritionist.

- Will I be eating “regular” food? Yes, but we do encourage Organic during the 30 days.
- Will I have to shop at “specialty” shops? NO, all the suggested foods are available at most grocery stores that have great produce and a natural foods section.
- Do I have to give up coffee? NO, we just ask that you go Organic during the 30 days as coffee and tea is heavily sprayed with pesticides.
- Can I continue to take my regular supplements? YES, your supplements will be an enhancement to whatever program you are currently on.
- Should I check with my doctor first if I am a Diabetic? MAYBE, your doctor will actually be astonished with the results of your blood sugar BUT you and he/she may want to monitor your blood sugars during the 30 days as many Diabetics fine they have to DECREASE their Insulin!
- Can I eat out? YES, I give you many ideas on how to choose off restaurant menus and stay within the 30 day guidelines.
